The food truck was founded in the farmlands of Lancaster County, PA in 2021 by Daniel “Skip” Stoltzfus, his wife Kathryn and his friend Marcus Stoltzfus. While starting a food truck in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t easy, the truck found instant success due to robust flavor profiles and tenderness of the fried chicken.

The mobile food trailer for Skip's Chicken brings delicious chicken to Bucks County and beyond. You can expect the same service and dedication as the Wrightstown location and can even find many of the gluten free options on the trailer as well.
