How It All Started and
Where We Are Going
3 friends Daniel & Kath Stoltzfus and Marcus Stoltzfus, started out in 2021 to serve the tastiest chicken you'll find. After successfully launching the food truck, two brothers, Dan & Jeremy Cruz, entered the picture and launched the first physical location in Wrightstown. After that, the two brothers also added a mobile food trailer that serves their gluten-free offerings. The future is bright as this team looks to build on their current success with their next location in Strasburg, PA, scheduled to open in summer of 2026!
